What we collect
When you use our quote or contact forms we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, location and whatever you write in the message field. When you become a client we also hold your site details and the asset records produced by testing.
Why we collect it
To prepare your quote, carry out and document the work, produce your compliance reports, and remind you when retesting falls due. We do not use it for anything else.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask to join.
How long we keep it
Compliance records are retained so that you can produce testing history for audits and insurers. Enquiries that do not become jobs are removed once they are clearly no longer live.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Contact info@mastertestandtag.co.nz and we will respond within 20 working days.
