Retest intervals
How often do you actually need testing?
The interval comes from the environment the equipment works in, not from the appliance itself. A drill on a construction site and the identical drill in a maintenance cupboard sit years apart.
These are the common cases under AS/NZS 3760:2022. We confirm the right interval for each area of your site when we quote — and it is often longer than people expect, which usually lowers the cost.

Anyone can put a sticker on a lead. What matters when an auditor, an insurer or a head contractor asks is whether you can produce a complete, current record of what was tested, by whom, when, and what happened to the things that failed.
Failures are listed with the reason and the outcome — not quietly dropped off the list. Most clients use our report as their electrical asset register and never build a separate one.
